Our Executive Director and Building Project Committee in conjuction with a committed team of volunteers home and abroad
perform the project activites Of Mission HOPE South Sudan - Library Educational Center Building Project without
compensation. A Board of Directors made up of dedicated professionals, including a "lost boy of South Sudan," oversee the
daily operations of the organization. In connection with our South Sudan Advisory Council, village Chiefs and community
leaders, Mary's Project Board makes major decisions regarding site selection for the Library construction, funding and building
operations. Our Mission HOPE South Sudan Team will make regular trips to the Ajoung Community in South Sudan to assess
work in progress, meet with the South Sudan Advisory Council, teachers, students, parents and construction crew.
The initial Mission and assessment trip took place Dec. 7 2011 - Jan. 12, 2012 for the historic Christmas reunion of
the Lost Boys and to "kick-off" our Library Building Project. Building funds and material donations received from US
sources are released by Mary's Project as building progress and specific projects are underway and accomplished, and upon
